Our pastry intensive will include hand and machine lamination, as well as how to make croissant dough, blitz puff and regular puff pastry. We’ll learn how to put together chocolate, almond, and ham and cheese croissants, as well as a variety of danishes and puff pastry desserts.  We’ll also go over the basics of a good cookie dough, and we’ll learn how to make a classic pastry filling – pastry cream!  This class will touch on many different topics, and will provide an overview of each.  A perfect class for the enthusiastic home baker!
